Free access is granted to employees from the three departments for teaching and department-funded research purposes. For externally funded projects, please refer to the section on the right. 

Students enrolled in courses or projects from the three departments may use the facility free of charge for the duration of their course or project, provided that the course or project is held in the facility. All other students should refer to the section on the right. 

Acces to the facility is given through the PACE system (LLyn-B330D/Electro - AirDome). When requesting access, please state the period in which you need access. Students should include the name of the course and supervisor.

After receiving the card access, you can use the facility whenever it’s available. DTU employees can see the schedule of each area on Outlook. The areas are the following:

• LY330D-R002SOUTH_AREA_FOR_FREE_FLYING(50)
• LY330D-R004CENTER_AREA(50)
• LY330D-R006NORTH_AREA_WITH_TRACKING(50) – MoCap area
• LY330D-R008POOL_AREA(50) – Pool

All other uses, apart from those listed in the left section, are charged at a fixed rate.

You can book the facility by writing to asta-contact@dtu.dk. You will need to enter into an agreement with DTU Electro before using DTU ASTA. Once the agreement is in place, card access will be given for the duration specified in the agreement.

Note: Paying users must book the MoCap and pool area together. These areas overlap and were considered as a single area when making the price calculation.
